After suffering a brutal dog attack, Lulu was left with devastating injuries and in desperate need of help. As her condition worsened, infection set in, and her chances of survival became increasingly uncertain. Thankfully, the dedicated team at KZN Valley Dogs stepped in.
Recognizing the urgency of her situation, KZN Valley Dogs rescued Lulu and ensured she received immediate veterinary attention. Without their swift action and unwavering commitment to vulnerable animals, Lulu may never have had the opportunity to begin her journey toward recovery.
Once at Hillcrest Veterinary Hospital, Lulu received the lifesaving treatment she desperately needed. Due to the severity of her injuries and infection, veterinarians were forced to remove her damaged eye to save her life. It was a difficult road ahead, but Lulu’s fighting spirit never wavered.
